The Texas Instruments TPS3613-01DGSR is a high-performance supervisor circuit designed for battery backup applications. It features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (TA) and a minimum response time of 60 ms. The circuit is push-pull, totem pole active high/active low and comes in a 10-VSSOP package. It is adjustable/selectable and provides reliable battery backup protection. The TPS3613-01DGSR is ideal for applications that require reliable battery backup protection in extreme temperature environments.
