Overview:
HM2451 is a high-frequency (1.8MHz) step-down type with integrated high-side
high-voltage power MOSFET.
Switching regulator. Provide a single channel maximum 0.6A high-efficiency
output, and achieve a fast loop with current mode control response.
Wide range of input voltage (5 V to 40 V) can realize various step-down power
supplies under mobile environment input conditions Transformation application.
The 1uA shutdown quiescent current is suitable for battery-powered
applications.
Under light load conditions, reduce the switching and gate drive losses by
reducing the switching frequency, and achieve high Efficient power conversion.
The frequency fold technology helps prevent the inductor current from losing
control at startup. Thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault-tolerant
operation.
The circuit package is SOT23-6L.
