The Texas Instruments CD74HCT10E is a high-speed, low power, two-input NAND gate integrated circuit. It is comprised of two independent four-input NAND gates for logic-level compatibility. This device is part of TI’s CMOS Logic technology, using low-power inputs to ensure that it has a low standby or “off” power consumption. It also has high noise immunity and high ESD protection making it an ideal choice for various digital and analog applications. The device is available in SOIC14, TSSOP14, and PDIP14 packages, making it easy to integrate into an existing design. The device is also RoHS compliant (restriction on hazardous substances). The CD74HCT10E can be used in various commercial, industrial, and computer applications such as logic level recognition, data processing, high-speed communication, and instrumentation. This device has a maximum ICC of 2.4 mA (MAX) for military and higher temperature applications. In addition, it also has a maximum propagation delay of 8.0 ns to meet ciritical timing requirements. The device provides low power consumption, excellent noise immunity and ESD protection, and is available in a wide range of packages for easy system integration.
