ATTINY44-15MZ Description
The Microchip ATTINY44-15MZ is a low-power CMOS 8-bit controller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. ATTINY44-15MZ enables system designers to optimize power consumption and processing speed, and it has an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
