General Description
The AOZ1038 is a high efficiency, easy to use, 6 A synchronous buck regulator.
The AOZ1038 works from a 4.5 V to 18 V input voltage range and provides up to
6 A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8
V.
The AOZ1038 is available in a 5x6 DFN-8 package or an exposed pad SO-8
package. Both are rated over a -40 °C to +85 °C ambient temperature range.
