The LM5115MTC/NOPB from Texas Instruments is an integrated circuit that combines high-speed and low-side power switches into one compact device. It enables faster, more power-efficient and higher-performance system designs with less complexity. The device is composed of a N-Channel MOSFET low-side power switch with adjustable current limit and two high-side N-Channel MOSFETs with integrated safe demagnetization circuits. It provides switching over wide range of inputs including power-converters, eFuses, lighting applications, inductor-less DC-DC converters and automotive applications. The device offers quicker transient response, higher system efficiency and better EMC performance with its 6V Logic Inputs, generous temperature operating range and high-current low-side FET. The device is available in a Lead-free 4x5 LFCSP Stay-flat package, making it suitable for use in space-constrained applications.
