Analog Devices Inc's AD7862ARSZ-3 is a 12-bit SAR MUX-S/H-ADC Parallel Single Ended ADC, with a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This device is designed to provide high-speed, high-resolution analog-to-digital conversion for devices which require low power. The AD7862ARSZ-3 operates from a single-ended 0 to 5.5 V supply, and is packaged in a 28-SSOP form factor. With a fast conversion time of 150ns, an output rate of 4MSPS, and a SNR of 74dB, the AD7862ARSZ-3 provides the high performance and reliability customers require. By utilizing an internal Mux and S/H, the AD7862ARSZ-3 is ideal for applications that require precision and accuracy with low-power consumption.
