The Texas Instruments TPS78601DRBR Linear Voltage Regulator is a 1.5A adjustable positive adjustable regulator with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. This 8-SON exposed pad (3x3) regulator is designed to provide a stable output voltage and is ideal for applications that require a low dropout voltage and low quiescent current. The TPS78601DRBR is capable of providing up to 1.5A of output current and is adjustable from 1.2V to 5.5V. It also features a low dropout voltage of 0.4V and a low quiescent current of 10μA. The TPS78601DRBR is a reliable and efficient solution for applications that require a stable output voltage.
