The Altera ATMEGA64M1-15MD is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit controller that uses highly advanced CMOS technology. The ATMEGA64M1-15MD features 16k/32K/64K bytes of system programmable flash memory, a maximum clock frequency of 16MHz, and a reference supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
