These versatile regulators enable quick and simple circuit designs for DC-DC step-down conversion. The TPS54226PWP features 700kHz fixed frequency operation, a peak current limit of 10A, a thermal shutdown of 120°C, and an adjustable output voltage range from 0.6 to 0.76V. This surface-mount regulator uses a proprietary topology to achieve greater than 90% efficiency even at light loads. The 14-HTSSOP package saves precious PCB real estate by providing optimal thermal performance and minimal packaging footprint. With its low quiescent current and shutdown modes, the TPS54226PWP switching regulator can help minimize power consumption during light loads.
