The Texas Instruments TPS79301DBVREP is an Adjustable Linear Voltage Regulator. This device is designed to provide a regulated output voltage across a wide range of ambient temperatures (-40°C to +125°C). With an adjustable input voltage of 1. 8V to 6V, the TPS79301-EP is capable of providing a regulated output voltage of 0.9V to 5V with a maximum output current of 200mA. The SOT-23-6 package is designed to maximize board space while still providing excellent thermal characteristics. The TPS79301DBVREP is well suited for a variety of smart phone, automotive, and battery applications requiring a significant amount of power in a small package.
