The W25Q32FW (32M-bit) Serial Flash memory is ideal for systems with limited storage space, pins, and power. The 25Q series goes above and beyond ordinary Serial Flash devices in terms of flexibility and performance.They are ideal for code shadowing to RAM, directly executing code from Dual/Quad SPI (XIP), and storing voice, text, and data. The device runs on a single 1.65V to 1.95V power supply, with active current consumption as low as 4mA and power-down consumption as low as 1A. All devices are available in space-saving packaging.
