The TPS73601DCQR linear voltage regulator from Texas Instruments is designed to provide 400mA of power with fast transient response, low noise, and high PSRR. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and has an adjustable output voltage (1. 3V - 36V). It is housed in a SOT-223-6 package and pinouts provide a 1. 5A load switch, power good signal, enable, and output voltage adjust pins. High accuracy over line and load variation of up to ±1% ensures robust, reliable operation. This device also features power saving low dropout (LDO) regulation for low power applications.
