The Texas Instruments TPS28225DRBR is a state-of-the-art Gate Driver designed to operate in extreme high-speed switching applications. This high-efficiency, 8-pin VDFN-Exposed Pad Half-Bridge offers a total on-time of 5 ns and 10 ns, 6A of drive current on the high side, and 10 ns of drive current on the low side. The package is compatible with Tape & Reel (TR) Alternate Packaging and provides excellent heat dissipation. The TPS28225DRBR is the ideal solution for applications requiring high-performance, highly efficient gate drive performance. In addition, the TPS28225DRBR is a robust device, featuring a wide operating voltage range of 5 V to 28 V and wide temperature range of -40˚C to 125˚C.
