The Texas Instruments Ideal Diode & ORing Controllers TPS2113APW provide an efficient and flexible solution for system power supply design. This device is optimal for protecting sensitive circuits from inrush current and preventing supply bypassing, featuring a 1. 25A N-channel, -40～C ~ 85～C operating temperature range. The device is housed in an 8-TSSOP package and has an alternate tube packaging available. The integrated ideal diode is capable of accurately controlling current during load and fault conditions, making it an ideal choice for various applications such as overvoltage and reverse current protection, input voltage balancing, and supply isolation. Furthermore, the device has integrated protection features, such as undervoltage lockout (UVLO), undercurrent lockout (UCLO), and programmable current limit, to protect the system from potential faults. Combined with a wide operating temperature range and a low quiescent current of only 4µA in sleep mode, this device is the perfect solution for a wide range of applications.
