SPC5643LF2MLQ1 Description

The NXP MPC5643L family of 32-bit microcontrollers is based on power architecture technology and is the latest in integrated automotive application controllers. The SPC5643LF2MLQ1 is one of the devices in this family and is based on the e200z4 core with a maximum clock frequency of 120 MHz. The SPC5643LF2MLQ1 comes in a compact size LQFP-144 envelope and its program memory size is 1MB.
