The Texas Instruments CD74HC123M96 is a retriggerable monostable multi-tuned oscillator with a reset function.The timing and accuracy of the CD74HC123M96's circuitry is controlled by an external resistor and an external capacitor, and the device can operate over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
