The FAN3226-29 series dual 2A gate drivers are designed to drive N-channel enhancement mode MOSFETs in low-end switching application drives by providing high peak current pulses at short switching intervals. the drivers are available with TTL or CMOS input thresholds. Internal circuitry holds the output low until the supply voltage enters the operating range, providing an undervoltage blocking function. In addition, these drivers provide matched internal propagation delays between the A and B-channels for dual-gate drive applications requiring tight timing, such as synchronous rectifiers. This supports the parallel connection of two drivers, effectively doubling the current capability to drive a single MOSFET.
