The Texas Instruments TPS60252RTERG4 is a high-voltage integrated high- frequency (HF) synchronous DC/DC buck regulator that provides flexibility for multi-mode and multi output applications. The device is designed for systems operating at higher voltages (from 6 to 18 V) and provides a high-efficiency, high-performance solution for a broad range of industrial and automotive applications. It features two independent outputs with a wide input voltage range, allowing the user to select one of three modes: single-output SIMO, dual-output SIMO, and paralleled dual-output SIMO with active current sharing. The device also includes a comprehensive set of safety features, such as over- current protection, short-circuit protection, overload protection, and overload shutdown. The TPS60252RTERG4 can handle up to 18 V input while providing up to 2.5 A output current. It is a highly integrated device with low external component counts and is packaged in a thermally enhanced 8-pin HVSSOP. The TPS60252RTERG4 is a highly versatile DC/DC regulator for high- voltage applications in automotive, industrial, communications, energy and medical markets.
