STMicroelectronics Microcontroller ST10F273M-4T3 is an excellent solution for embedded applications. It is a 16-bit MCU with a datasheet temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TA), and a maximum speed of 40MHz. The MCU features 512KB of FLASH capacity with 512K x 8 bit configuration and a 144-TQFP with 20x20 arrangement. This makes it an excellent choice for applications requiring high performance and reliability in space and extreme temperature environments. The MCU also has a myriad of communication peripherals, such as USB, LIN, UART, SPI and I2C, for efficient data sharing. In addition, this MCU is integrated with high speed DMA controller and a versatile Timer/Counter. Its 12-bit ADCs provide for effective analog-to-digital conversion. This microcontroller is ideal for automotive and industrial applications that require integrated high performance processing and rich communication peripherals.
