The NCV5701 series is a set of high current, high performance standalone IGBT drivers for medium to high power applications including induction heating, welding, solar inverters, motor control and uninterrupted power supplies. The devices eliminate the use of a large number of external components, providing a cost-effective solution. The device's protection features include active Miller clamping (NCV5701A), accurate UVLO, DESAT protection, and active low fault output. The driver also features accurate 5.0 V outputs (all versions) and separate high and low level (VOH and VOL) driver outputs (NCV5701C only) for easy system design. The driver is available with a wide range of unipolar bias supply (and NCV5701B bipolar bias supply) voltages. All versions are available in an 8-pin SOIC package and are AEC-Q100 certified.
