ADG4613BRUZ Description
The Analog Devices ADG4613BRUZ is an analog switching IC containing four independent single-blade/single-throw (SPST) switches with a first-break followed by a switching action for multiplexer applications. The ADG4613BRUZ maintains low power dissipation and high switching speed from -40°C to 85°C, and its maximum on-state resistance is 6.1 Ohms.
