The Texas Instruments TPS56921PWP is a DC DC switching regulator specifically designed to deliver highly efficient, programmable power conversion in a variety of applications. This 9A 200kHz ~ 1. 6MHz step-down regulator is a surface mount device with 0.72V adjustable power output. The device is well suited for high current applications as it offers superior thermal performance and high power density. The Buck regulator offers an adjustable output voltage between 0.6V to 1. 6V and can be easily programmed via an I2C-compatible input. The device features peak current mode control with a fixed frequency of 200kHz, allowing for excellent transient response and stability. With a small 20-HTSSOP package size, the TPS56921PWP has been designed to fit a variety of space-limited designs. This DC DC switching regulator is a great choice for applications with efficiency and high current requirements.
