Designed to operate with power supplies ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V, this 8-SOIC package part is ideal for providing power and load control to a broad range of applications. The TPS2011D can deliver up to 600mA per channel, making it optimal for use in situations that require high-current power management, and its -40°C to 125°C (TJ) operating temperature range ensures reliable performance in applications with extreme temperature parameters. It is pin-compatible with the Texas Instruments LM1117 and offers the same features and performance in a single package. With its versatile capabilities, this part is ideal for a variety of applications.
