RCLAMP0524P Description
The RailClamp® series consists of ultra low capacitance TVS arrays designed to protect high speed data interfaces. This series was created primarily to safeguard sensitive components linked to high-speed data and transmission lines from overvoltage produced by ESD (electrostatic discharge), CDE (cable discharge events), and EFT (electronic fault tolerance) (electrical fast transients). They are intended for use in situations where board space is limited. Each device takes up less than 2.9mm2 of PCB space and protects two high-speed data lines.
