Description :
The Microchip 24LC512-I/SM is a 64K x 8 Serial Electrically Erasable
Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) with an 8-pin SOIC package. It is a
low-voltage device that operates from a single 2.5V to 5.5V power supply. The
device is organized as 64K x 8 bits and is accessed via a two-wire serial
interface.
