The Texas Instruments TPS54386PWP DC Switching Regulators offer a versatile and efficient solution for providing precise voltage regulation in a wide variety of applications. It is designed to meet the requirement of 3A fixed output current with a maximum switching frequency of 630kHz and adjustable voltage range of 0.8V. The device features internal synchronous rectification to achieve high efficiency in a variety of load conditions. The TPS54386PWP is provided in a small surface mount package with a 14-HTSSOP configuration. This allows applications with tight space requirements to take advantage of this regulator while allowing the user to customize the output voltage level with the external feedback components. With further features such as low-voltage and current-based switching modes, integrated loop compensation, output voltage soft-start, user-friendly enable pin, and cycle-by-cycle current limit, the TPS54386PWP provides a complete and optimized solution for providing precise and efficient voltage regulation.
