The NCP1396ADR2G is a DC-DC switching controller from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to provide a high-efficiency, low-noise, and low-cost solution for regulating DC-DC power supplies. The NCP1396ADR2G features a wide operating frequency range of 50kHz to 500kHz, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ). It is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package, and is capable of operating with a supply voltage of 9.5V to 20V. The NCP1396ADR2G is a half- bridge controller, and is ideal for applications such as DC-DC converters, LED drivers, and motor control. It features a wide range of protection features, including over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection.
