Description:
The VISHAY TCMD4000 is a 4-channel Transistor Output Optocoupler with a Darlington output configuration. It is designed to provide electrical isolation between input and output circuits, and is rated for a maximum isolation voltage of 3.75 kV. The device is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package.
Features:

• Maximum isolation voltage of 3.75 kV
• High common-mode transient immunity of 25 kV/μs
• Low propagation delay of 1.2 μs
• Low input current of 1 mA
• Low output saturation voltage of 0.2 V
