The STMicroelectronics STM32F103TBU6 is a 32-bit 32-Pin Flash microcontroller that supports 128 kB Flash and 20 KB SRAM system memory. It is based on the high-performance ARM® CortexTM-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of 72 MHz. The device is designed for general-purpose applications and features integrated analog peripherals, communication peripherals, digital signal processors, and three powerful timers with reload timers, PWM, and capture/compare functions. The STM32F103TBU6 offers a set of advanced peripherals, including a 12-bit ADC, Comparator, UART, SPI, and I2C. The embedded SRAM is tested up to 72 MHz for different temperature ranges and powers up to 7 VDD. Furthermore, the device includes a wide range of low power modes and a low-power core regulator for precise voltage management. Additionally, it supports the four-pin JTAG/SWD interface for debug, programming, and debug software. The device also includes a 12-bit Timer/Counter with 4 Compare Channels and an advanced communication interface that supports Enhanced UART/CAN FD controller and an Advanced Timer Unit. The device has an integrated temperature and voltage monitor that provides essential data to the on-chip CPU core and can be used to configure system voltage, current limit, and temperature. Additionally, it has an integrated watchdog timer to keep the system running efficiently and safeguard against unexpected crashes.
