The SN75452BPSRG4 gate drivers are dual peripheral drivers designed for use in TTL logic systems. The parts of this device are designed to prevent latch-up. The SN75452BPSRG4 drivers are also designed to operate over the full military temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The operating temperature differs from the SN5545xB drivers!
