The Texas Instruments CDCLVC1310RHBR is a high-performance, high-frequency clock and data recovery (CDR) circuit in a small 16-lead package. Its finite impulse response (FIR) interpolator with low pass filter equalization provides reliable performance in clock and data recovery applications requiring high- speed data conversion. The device is ideal for applications such as digital video, serial data transport, and XAUI, Fibre Channel, and Optical Transport Network (OTN). The device accepts a wide range of frequency inputs (up to 6 GHz) and performs clock recovery with low jitter and low bit error rate (BER). The device also supports a wide frequency range (up to 6.25 GHz) with a low noise figure while maintaining a low power profile. The device also features a Synthesizable Gating Interface (SGIF) to facilitate synchronization with external systems. The CDCLVC1310RHBR integrates Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) to facilitate interfacing with external application- specific processors. It has programmable phase locked loop (PLL) dividers for precise frequency programming constraints. It also includes an optional digital lock detect feature. With its integrated features, the CDCLVC1310RHBR provides high-speed, low-power, and reliable clock recovery performance.
