DESCRIPTION:
The IDT7016 is a high-speed 16K x 9 Dual-Port Static RAMs. The IDT7016 is designed to be used as stand-alone Dual-Port RAM or as a combination MASTER/SLAVE Dual-Port RAM for 18-bit-or-more wider systems.
