ADF4153ABCPZ Description
Analog Devices ADF4153ABCPZ is a frequency synthesizer with high frequency resolution and short frequency conversion time. It implements local oscillators in the up-conversion and down-conversion parts of wireless receivers and transmitters. The ADF4153ABCPZ uses lead-free, compact, 20-pin LFCSP with a maximum input frequency of 4GHz.
