The Texas Instruments CD74ACT151M96 Logic Multiplexer is an integrated circuit that provides two or more independently selectable data inputs to a common output. It is designed to operate from a single supply voltage with rail-to- rail input and output specifications. This multiplexer is a highly versatile device suitable for many applications, including analog and digital signal selection, and data routing. It has 4 data inputs, G1 and G2 selection Grounds and a common output, allowing it to easily select which of the data inputs should be transmitted to the output. The CMOS logic levels allow for a wide range of input logic levels, including TTL and 5V logic levels. The speed of the device is optimized to provide high-speed operation with minimum propagation delays. The extended operating temperature range allows the device to be used in a variety of harsh environments. The device’s small 8-pin package makes it an ideal choice for applications where space is limited. The device is also designed to operate from a single +5V or +3.3V supply. The output does not require an external pull-up resistor, enabling the multiplexer to be used in a variety of applications. The device is widely used in many industries such as automotive, telecommunications, and industrial.
