Texas Instruments' TPS61081DRCT is a highly efficient DC switching regulator designed to provide a wide range of current capabilities and adjustable output voltages. This regulator is a 1. 3A (switch) 600kHz, 1. 2MHz Step-Up surface mount regulator perfect for a range of applications including boosted power in portable devices, distributed power cascading, and boost converters. The TPS61081DRCT is equipped with control logic voltage control and a maximum output voltage of 10V. It features an adjustable switching frequency of up to 1. 2MHz, an input voltage of 2.5V, and a typical efficiency of better than 95%. The regulator is housed in a 10-VSON (3x3) package and is RoHS compliant. This DC switching regulator is an excellent choice for applications where both long-term reliability and operational efficiency are necessary.
